Who is Scott?
Scott Erickson is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He played for the Minnesota Twins, Baltimore Orioles, New York Mets, Texas Rangers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and New York Yankees over 15 seasons.
Scott was a member of the 1991 World Series champion Twins.

Develop a repeatable, aggressive and durable delivery with emphasis on the following: setup, leg lift, drive and stride, landing, deceleration and drills.
Setup
The position of your feet and the orientation of your body to the plate including weight distribution.
Leg Lift
You knee postion and hip pivot through the leg lift as well as body orientation in relation to field landmarks.
Drive & Stride
Step-by-step breakdown of upper and lower body movements through entire drive and stride process.
Landing
The planting of your foot plus optimal shoulder height, arm angle and finger positions on the ball.
Deceleration
The follow-through after ball release including body position/orientation and weight distribution.
Drills
A series of proven exercises and routines to reinforce good pitching habits, muscle memory, power and accuracy.
